Lotus Notes Scanner Error
After in install Lotus Notes 5.10 on a new PC. I imported there backed up Notes files down to the PC and attempt to open up Lotus Notes. As Soon as I do that I get, "Error: Unable to Load McAfee Graphics Library (Graphics.DLL). I've received this several times, and the only way I have been able to fix it so far is to wipe out all of the customer's saved files and make them start from scratch. After clicking okay to the error, I get "Unable to load Engine Shell" "Unable to load Shared Library (shutil)"

I am getting the same error on a Notes 5.0.12 error. Internet explorer wasn't allowing the user to download some documents from our intranet (it was crashing), and then this error came up.
Going to do some troubleshooting. If I get an answer I will return with it!

In our case it was the combination between notes en mcafee.
This places a line in te notes.ini which you have to remove.
Open the notes.ini and remove the following line:
EXTMGR_ADDINS=NCExtMgr
This will do the trick!
