Hi, all of the sudden to users in our network get the following pop-up window when opening outlook 2003. Setup as unseccessful.  Pleas try again.  Error [107].

No installations where done or any autoupdates.

After closing this windows, outlook continues normally. but some strange things we noticed are the following:
-the preview doesn't work.  you have to right click on the email and then the preview of the email shows.
-if you tab, the cursor does not go to the next textfield.  It moves forward like if spacing.
-the attachment icon, once licked it is grayed out and the window to attach does not come up.  you have to go to file and bring down the list and select attach for this to work.

I've browsed for answers but so far have not found anything on this.  Thx in advance.

Repair Outlook. With Outlook open, go to Help > Detect and Repair.

If no joy, repair or reinstall Outlook.  Go to Add/Remove Programs and highlight Microsoft Office. Click on Install/Uninstall.  A menu will pop allowing you to choose repair or reinstall.



Thx a lot for your support.  This problem has dissapeared all by itself.  Interesting, it lasted like one day and happened on two machines at the same time.  And it just dissapeared.  Weird.
