If you really want to try to fix the existing profile, go uninstall all of the add-ins, reboot, and then install the desired add-ins one at a time.

The extension configuration file C:\program files\microsoft office\office 11\addins\msspc.ecf could not be installed. There is an error in the syntax or format of the file.
