How to Underline and how to make bulleted text in Illustrator CS2?

trying to underline in CS2. The help docs states "In the Character palette, click the Underline button  or the Strikethrough button ."
However I have text in Times New Roman font and I don't see that option anywhere in the Characer Palette.
No clue how to make bulleted text.

You can use bulleted/numbered list text by just clicking a button under the PageMaker palette, not the Character Palette.

I use ID CS so I can't tell you the exact location of the PageMaker palette, but this should get you close. View/Pagemaker or something close. Search the help files on Pagemaker palette.

lherrou, I tried what you said, but I can't seem to find any option for underline, as can be seen here
