Calculating an IP Range

I wanted to see if anyone had an existing function or code that would calculate a range of IPs. For example, if you specified 192.168.1.1 and 192.168.1.230 it would put 192.168.1.1, 192.168.1.2, 192.168.1.3 into an array or list.
