Targeting page from an IFrame...

Ok... I have searched and search and found little to nothing.. All i have found was how to target a IFrame with a link on the page... I want to do the exact opposite...

I have a page that has a IFrame in it. This IFrame has a menu in it... When a link is clicked i want the page or current browser window to load the page... Make sense?

Q: How can i target the current browser window and open my IFrame links in the browser window rather than opening the link in the IFrame?

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.
