"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You probably need to set it up.  The manual can be found at the bottom of this webpage http://www.lacie.com/products/product.htm?pid=10645   You are probably supposed to use internet explorer to set it up.  It uses Windows XP embedded so that means that it probably wants to talk to your domain authority.  Once you configure it properly youll have access.
