i need to check one clariion SAN storage ip address.
i use serial cable and connect to SP serial port and
make a connection.
from manual, i should be able to browse ip address and
see configuration at but
when i go to, i got a page telling me;
" cannot obtain subsytems information......"

 1) is the SP mess up already or
2)  the SAN is broken already.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Are you sure that it is accessed via a direct connect serial and not a network connection?
That is the default address, and was most likely changed.  You would need the new address.  You can also use a crossover cable, and plug it into the SP's ethernet port.  Then you could browse to Navisphere if you put an address from the same subnet into your computer.
durindil...That IP address is SET and cannot be changed!! It's the internal IP address of the Clariion management server (not the external addresses). The reason why you propbably cannot get the pages to show is the management server has crashed (this happens quite often in the FC4700, as unfortunatly it's based upon embedded NT4!!!). The best thing to do is reboot the SP's one at a time (if no data is accessable because the wholw box has hung, you might as well reboot the box via the SPS)

Learn SQL Server Core 2016

This course will introduce you to SQL Server Core 2016, as well as teach you about SSMS, data tools, installation, server configuration, using Management Studio, and writing and executing queries.

If the customer's network uses the 192.168.X.X network, then the address of the management server has to be changed to prevent a conflict accessing the management server.  The same also holds true for Celerra NAS back-end addresses as well.

to make things worst,i do not have login to to access its manual and

You can sign up for a new account, and when you do, they will ask you for a serial number.  Your CLARiiON is most likely not covered under a maint. contracto any more, and so they may not give you access to download the Navisphere packages.
