I am looking for a tool or a solution that will allow me to monitor a directory on a server for files being created. &nbsp;Once it detects that a file has been created I need it to check the timestamp on the file and if the file is over an hour old I need it to generate an event into the event viewer. &nbsp;

I am looking for a tool or a solution that will allow me to monitor a directory on a server for files being created.  Once it detects that a file has been created I need it to check the timestamp on the file and if the file is over an hour old I need it to generate an event into the event viewer.  

Monitoring a directory for files and file creation dates, that will create an event in the event viewer

Windows 2000 is an operating system for use on both client and server computers.
