How do I rebuild a .dll file?

I have a .dll file named SqlWhereBuilder.dll which must have been compiled with a number of c# source files.  I modified some the source files and would like to know how to regenerate the .dll.  I am new to ASP.NET C# so this is probablly a simple question.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Best approach with 3rd part source.

1st. Add the SqlWhereBuilder project to your ASP.Net solution
2nd Reference the PROJECT SqlWhereBuilder to your ASP.Net project
3rd Compile the ASP.Net project and this will compile the SqlWhereBuilder First due to internal dependencies.
