Cisco 851 router config help

I have a web server that is running and accessable on my LAN. I have a Cisco 851 router and two public IP's and I have port 80 forwarded to my web server on both IP's 70 & 71. When I try to access from an external site by entering .70 into my browser I get nothing... browser times out. When I enter .71 I get the router configuration log on, which I can get into. At this point I am not sure what to check, any direction would be greatly appreciated.

Post a sanitized config ? Please do.

It looks like this is for your home network.  make sure you only have a static translation to your e0/1 then do port forwarding 80 to your internet web server ip.  post your config.
