Windows 2003 Server Restart Error

I have installed Windows 2003 server web Edition on my computer.
From last few days i am experiencing a problem.My system Restart unexpectedly displaying an Error Message with a countdown of few seconds.
Someone tell me to keep starting computer by giving a command on Start> Run>shutdown /a .....
Giving this command remove the error message but many services on the computer do not response.and i need to restart my computer Manualy that could be a cause to demadging of data or any hardware...
What is the reason to show this message and how i can protect my system from this error....

Firstly make sure your antivirus is upto date to dicount the blaster or sasser virus's

Then CLick start > run > services.msc {enter}

locate the remote procedure call (rpc) service > right click >properties > in the recovery tab set all three options to " Take no acion"
