Simple question about google's indexing.
Why is there no description under the URL when I do this in google, like other sites have:
site:www.im a ginep rofiles . c om
NOTE: (please remove the spaces and don't reference the URL as it's a new site and I don't wish this KB article appearing on google).
Is it because I don't have correct descriptions, meta tags etc?
What could I do to improve my ranking with this website?
Thanks in advance.

addition: the meta tags you define in your pages will help the indexing bots to classify the site.

so, the more links point to your site, the more chances you have to get seen by those indexing bots.
