Sporatic 'Page Cannot Be Found' error

I'm having a reoccuring problem with misc servers getting a 'page cannot be found' error with my script. I believe all of them have the memory limit set off so I'm afraid the resources are somehow getting sucked up and the apache is either crashing or becomming temporarily unavailable.

First, I wanted to see where I could look to see if it's actually crashing. Would this show up under the error log?

I also wanted to see if anyone had any ideas or tools I could use to figure out what's going on.

Is 'Page Cannot Be Found' the actual error text or is it a fancy boilerplate that Internet Explorer displays (so as not to confuse the user)? If it's the latter, you should turn off 'Friendly HTTP error messages' and see what error is actually being displayed...
