Hp Scanner 7130 not working right

Hello,
I got the HP 7130, and for some reason its not working right with adobe.
When I go to Adobe, and try to make a pdf from the scanner I get a "An unrecoverable error has occured. Operation stopped." It used to work. Also, when I go to the Scan To Settings, adobe is not listed.

Is there any way to fix this?
I did reinstall the software both with the copy from the hp website and from the cd, and neither wants to work. I also reinstalled adobe.

Have you made any system changes recently new software or hardware?

Are you printing this is PostScript or PCL?
We had this same problem a couple of years ago and I cannot remember the solution.

I tried again with the software, and rebooting, reinstalling. nothing.

I was going to try the other solution, but my PC for some odd reason crashed, and when i boot it, i get the BSoD. Ill fix it, and get back to the printer soon.
