Can I replicate an entire laptop hard drive (OS and files)

I am attempting to make a ghost copy of an entire hard drive for a Dell laptop.  I would like to ghost the entire drive, operating system and all programs and files.  I have found many file transfer programs, but I cannot find a solution to copy over the ENTIRE drive.  This is a laptop being used by a VP in my company, so I would like for them to be able to have the extra storage space from a new hard drive, but they would not notice any differences in the look or functionality of the programs on their laptop.
Does anyone know where I can find a good program to make a ghost copy?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Instead of "Northon ghost?" you should say "Norton Ghost!"

I use it at work to deploy entire hard drive images to nearly 400 PCs.  If Symantec Ghost were a person, I'd want to married them, I love it that much.
