I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

Just a warning: it is not good to do lots of processing in the QueryClose event. The form is very near to being closed. If possible, use the PostSave event (which might even be more logical to do the lind of processing you intend to do).

Amazon Web Services

Are you thinking about creating an Amazon Web Services account for your business? Not sure where to start? In this course you’ll get an overview of the history of AWS and take a tour of their user interface.

@Username is the name of the current user... Not the author of the document. Look at @Author in the Designer Help database. You might need @Subset(@Author; 1).

Is formula language OK if the app is running on the wevb?
Sjef BosmanGroupware ConsultantCommented:
Most of the times: yes, but many events do not work... See the Designer Help (again) about features of Notes that do not work on the Web.

Eh, isn't this a new question?? ;)
