An admin assistant from her own computer manages the calendar of another employee. She has editor permissions for his calendar and regularly schedules meetings for the other employee.
Periodically, the admin assistant will double book the employee because an appointment was missing from the admin assistant's view of the other employee's calendar. The appointment does appear on the employee's view of his own calendar.
I have determined that the missing appointments were all recurring appointments. Also, *NOT ALL* of the recurring appointments have this problem. One day the recurring appointment will be there, the next day it will be gone, and later it returns. The recurring appointment always displays on the employee's own calendar.
I have instructed the admin assistant to delete and recreate the recurring appointments for the employee, but the problem still occurs...ARGH!!!!
