The After Update Event handler at cboStreetname is expected to fire after user inputs data in it. The code is expected to get user's response and open popup forms: frmSAppDate and frmSDEDate.

I will appreciate code that do the following:

(1)a. Check to see if data already exist in frmWater.txtAppdate, if data already
exist, do not fire the question that will open popup  "frmSAppDate".

 (1) b. If No data exist in frmSewer.txtAppdate at the time cboStreetName was
entered, then launch the question that will Open popoup "frmSAppDate" ( in a dialog mode)

(2)a. Check to see if data already exist in frmSewer.txtSDEDate, if data already
exist, do not fire the question that will open popoup "frmSDEDate".

 (1) b. If No data exist in frmSewer.txtSDEDate at the time user input data
in cboStreetName then launch the question that will Open popoup frmSDEDate ( in a dialog mode).

Any help will be appreciated
