Create recipient policy for e-mail prefix.
Hi guys,
Heres what i want to do. I have all the users in AD in the following user name format. firstnamelastinitial@AD domain.
I'm bringing their e-mail inhouse to Exchange server. But all their e-mail addresses are in the format firstinitiallastname@compa nyname.com
I know how to create receipient policy to generate e-mail addresses with @companyname.com but how do i generate the e-mail address prefix to the format they are already in ????
Thank guys,
Vinod.

Login names is a bit more difficult. I would probably do that manually, but it will cause a mess which you might not like.
