RegExp patterns - match until next match

I have string similar to this:
[field/] = some text [and/] [filed2] > some text, etc.

I need to split this string on [and/] or [or/] delimiter.
Everything would be perfect if IE would support split with returning delimiters, but it doesn't.
Now I am back to regular expression.

Is it possible to "match" this string and return array like this:
[field/] = some text
[filed2] > some text
... and so on

It probably goes like: match command [.+?/] and following text until next (if next) command
