fileupload to a remote server in asp.net  2.0 (file upload server control)

i want to upload file to a remote server. for example i am on my local machine and i click on upload  to upload the file to
 right now i can only do it locally. any ideas what i have to do my folder on remote server is at
C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\upload  .
how can i upload to if i can access the server via http

thanks scolja;
but it takes file name as an argument.and you have specify a specific file in the code. for example a user on a  local machine browses to any "directory " to select a file and want to upload that file to a directory on the remote webserver what could be an option for that.

also when i try to upload this specific fie it gives permission error "The remote server returned an error: (401) Unauthorized. " .

what are some usual functions to set permission for a  remote machine  from local machine upload file page.
