SBS - Exchange - MS POP3 Connector - Emails getting repeated
Hello All,
I just complete installing an SBS 2003 (standard) with Exchange. Iam using Microsoft Connector for POP3 Mailboxes to fetch mails from my ISP. The problem I am having here is, if the mail is addressed to multiple recepients in my domain, the mail is getting repeated as many number of times as the number of recipients of my own domain.
If I send a mail to 3 mail ids of my own domain (eg. abc@mydomain.com, efg@mydomain.com and xyz@mydomain.com) and some other recepients also (eg me@diffdomain.com, she@herdomain.com etc), the mail is getting are getting delivered three times in each mailbox (as many tiesm as the number of recepients of mydomain.com). But at the same time the mails are getting dfelivered only once in the other domain mailboxes. Please help me in this regard.
I hope some expert will be able to help me out.
Thanks and Regards
