VOIP vendor question?
Hello, I am looking to move a call center outside the US. I have found a vendor for my VOIP needs, New England Digital Voice. I would like to know if any one has used this vendor in the past and what has been you experience?? Thank you.

Thank you. Well I have a call center in the US and I am relocating this center to India. I need a to have a toll free# which when my customers call will be redirected to the call center in India. I looking to have 4 phones in india and maybe one supervisor line in the US. On an average I am looking at about 10,000 mins of calls going into India and about 5000 mins of calls coming into the US. Any suggestions. Thank you again.

Where are you relocating. Whats your infrastructure. Are you using some Dialers. Codec in Use etc.
