Hello, I have a Server with the following configuration<br />

Tyan S2882-D motherboard<br />
(2) AMD Opteron 265 Italy processors<br />
Windows 2003 Standard 64-Bit<br />
Intel Pro/1000 F Server Adapter<br />

I can not get the Intel Adapter to talk to my network. &nbsp;I am using the driver from Intel's site. &nbsp;It is the 64-bit driver, Windows will not let me use the 32-bit version. &nbsp;The device manager says that it is working properly. &nbsp;I see link lights on the switch and the adapter. &nbsp;However, it can not pull an IP through DHCP or talk to my network if I give it a static IP.<br />

I have switched the cable with one that was on a differant server. &nbsp;The other server worked after the cable swap, this one still did not. &nbsp;That factors out the cable.<br />

I have swapped the ports that the server's plugged into on the switch. &nbsp;The other server worked after the port swap, this one still did not. &nbsp;That factors out the switch.<br />
