Intel Pro/1000 F Adapter will not work in Windows 2003 64bit

Hello, I have a Server with the following configuration

Tyan S2882-D motherboard
(2) AMD Opteron 265 Italy processors
Windows 2003 Standard 64-Bit
Intel Pro/1000 F Server Adapter

I can not get the Intel Adapter to talk to my network.  I am using the driver from Intel's site.  It is the 64-bit driver, Windows will not let me use the 32-bit version.  The device manager says that it is working properly.  I see link lights on the switch and the adapter.  However, it can not pull an IP through DHCP or talk to my network if I give it a static IP.

I have switched the cable with one that was on a differant server.  The other server worked after the cable swap, this one still did not.  That factors out the cable.

I have swapped the ports that the server's plugged into on the switch.  The other server worked after the port swap, this one still did not.  That factors out the switch.

Any ideas?

I changed 'Wait for Link' setting from 'auto' to 'Yes' and now it works!  Thanks!
