Right click on those folder as administrator, then open the security section and take ownership of those folders and files. Once you are the owner you should be able to assign them to the user account with all the rights necessary.

i went to admin save mode and i changed the acces and i added everyone and my account. &nbsp;i rebooted and went to my normal account, now i can open the folder but i cant open any subfolder or open any files or even copy them, i still get acces denied error, so we are a step closer lol &nbsp;:)<br />
what can i do now?<br />

ps: in my previous account b4 formating my c:/ &nbsp; &nbsp; i had this folder as a private folder.<br />

i formated my C:/ yesterday and re-installed my windows xp sp2  again
and everything is working fine, exept that i cannot enter/open my  " My Received Files"  which is located in the D drive and not C drive.

i get the message
