exchange 2003 & outlook 2003 cache additional mailboxes

Hi I have users which have access to additional mailboxes which are not at the local site to the exchange server - it seems that only the primary mailbox is cached and the the other mailboxes are accessed on the fly.

Can I change this to cached mode also ?

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

As far as I am aware that isn't possible.
It wasn't possible with offline folders in previous versions of Outlook and as cached mode is basically the same feature I haven't seen any changes.

Oh I thought as much. Would really be usefull to be able to cache more than one mailbox. Is there a Microsoft link to place requests for product enhancement?

It is something like mswish@ microsoft.com - but don't hold your breath. It isn't in E12 / Office 12. So you wouldn't see it for at least another three years.
