create pdf with cfdocument from other pdfs

I need to be able to create a document in PDF on the fly and then save it to a known server.  This PDF will be in the order specified in the database for that document.  This new document is going to be a series of other documents and some database queries (if they exist).

Each document will be more than likely in the following form:

1.  Header.pdf
2.  Query of database to see if values exist and if so, insert the document here (this is a .cfm template already)
3.  Page 3 of 11.pdf
4.  Another Query for information (again a .cfm template)
5-11.  Other documents (some PDF, others jpg files).

I would then need to archive this file and store it somewhere for reference (each iteration of the creation needs to be saved per our clients requirements).

Is there an easy way to do this?

Thanks, I will give this a try.

Also, we do have the original html pages somewhere, can we embed web pages into a cfdocument?

One other thing.  I have seen in Acrobat 7 a "binder" to bind different pdfs into one pdf.  Is this implemented in CF 7 or 8 or not at all?
