Quickbooks Error 6130,0

Enterprise Edition of QB v6, running on a server.  All users can log on, but one machine will not let any user log on.  The error is a 6130 from quickbooks.  If the machine is in safemode with network active, no problem logging on.

Net net, something is blocking the access in regualar XP mode.  All firewalls, spam and other McAfee facilities are turned off.  Need help narrowing down culprit.

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I've heard that turning off McAfee doesn't actually disable it and I have also experienced this.

Have you tried uninstalling McAfee Privacy Services?  That is what worked for the guy in this post:

Uninstalling Macafee did the trick - thanks
Congrats and thanks for the points.  If you want to reinstall McAfee you could go into McAfee and manually add the ports you need to let through.
