I wound up replacing the panel with a groupbox. &nbsp;The groupbox has no such problem. &nbsp;So this a non issue anymore. &nbsp;What do you suppose I should so with this question?

In Form Design Mode I drag the panel's edges to be big enough to show 22 labels contained in it. &nbsp;(Panel and the labels where manually placed on the form at design mode time.) At run-time, the panel's right edge covers two or so of the labels. &nbsp;Doesn't dragging the panel's size at design mode time set the size? &nbsp;What changes it at run time?<br />
