Should I create multiple partitions on a 2003 Server with a single volume

I am replacing my existing server with a new server that will function as a 2003 domain controller and 2003 Exchange server.  It came with two hard drives configured as a RAID 1 mirror.  This server supports only 15 users and will also contain data files.  I would like to create only 1 partition on the hard drives, because I then won't have to worry about running out of hard drive space on the C: anytime soon.  However, I have always been told to create a separate partition for the data.  Should I do this or is it OK to leave only 1 partition?

Decide what the server will run.  Determine how much space you would need on the C: Drive.  Triple it.  Leave that as your C: partition (and remember to remove the pagefile and Exchange information store to the other disk.

I strongly recommend two partitions.  Otherwise, it's more easily possible that your users (or one stupid user) fills up the entire free space with downloaded movies, software, etc.  Ultimately causing you MASSIVE headaches because you run out of space unexpectedly.
