Okay.  I have been working on this all day with no luck.

I have a tabbed form (FrmSub_ClientTreatment) with a subform (FrmSub2_ClientMedication).  In the On Current event of FrmSub2_ClientMedication I have code that writes the ClientMedicationID to a text box (Txt_ClientMedicationIDKey) on FrmSub_ClientTreatment.  On FrmSub_ClientTreatment is another subform (FrmSub3_ClientMedicationSymptom) that is linked to FrmSub2_ClientMedication.

On the On Current Event of FrmSub2_ClientMedication I had the following code:

Parent.SubFrm3_ClientMedicationSymptom.Requery

which requeried a combo box (Cbo_ClientMedicationSymptom) on  FrmSub3_ClientMedicationSymptom.  The combo box uses the value in Txt_ClientMedicationIDKey to select the particular items available.

This all worked fine for a while but quit working for some unknown reason...  I finally got the combo box to start working again instead of popping up a box asking for the parameter of the query by renaming the combo box.  However I cannot get the FrmSub3_ClientMedicationSymtpom to requery.

To make things more complicated, I have moved the FrmSub_ClientTreament to a main form as a holder for all of my tabbed subforms.  I have tried many variations of code to requery the FrmSub3_ClientMedicationSymptoms from the On Current event of FrmSub2_ClientMedication, which updates the Txt_ClientMedicationIDKey on the FrmSub_ClientTreatment.  I have gotten a whole host of errors.

I am stumped….
