User can't log on to or gets strange result when logging on to Server 2003 server with Citrix XP

Suddenly one of my users can't log on to one of our Citrix servers (running Server 2003 SP1 and Citrix XP SP4).  If he tries to log on to it directly he gets the following error:

The system cannot log you on due to the following error:
The specified procedure could not be found.
Please try again or consult your system administrator.

If he tries to log on to our Farm (which currently only consists of the one server because our other server got messed up when I tried to install 2003 SP1) he is able to log on but he can't access the C: or D: drive, the start menu is missing all icons, et cetera).

What is going on?  All other users are fine.

Thanks

Doug

They are enabled.  Everyone else can log on fine.

I deleted his profile directory and then he was able to logon.  Maybe something was wrong with it???
