HBA error after reboot.

I have a w2003 server sp1 with a emulex LP9002L-E HBA installed. upon reboot the sys event log shows error event id: 7026 "The following boot-start or system-start driver(s) failed to load: SCSIChanger" I have tried all sorts of drivers and different versions of HBA portkit application. this error is consistant with all drivers etc. MS have no knowledge of this particular error. has anyone seen this.

What started the error?  Was it working before or is this a new setup?  What was done just before you recieved the error (software/hardware changes)?

I have seen these articles relating to error 7026 but non of them are exact to my problem however the scannow tool I was unaware of and have installed and run which has fixed an issue with the profiles not releasing during logoff and restart and quite possibly with a possible corrupted HBA driver file. I removed all reference to the emulex drivers from windows\system32\drivers and the registry, I then uninstalled the emulex storport miniport HBA application, uninstalled the HBA card from within device manager then reboot. upon I installed the latest driver for the HBA when prompted, ran the scannow util, and reboot. This time on login there were no errors at all. The server sees the tape library, all aspects of my backup program are running and all jobs are completing. Thank you for your help.
