Arithmetics in Shell scripts, howto?


Can anyone give me an example of doing arithmetics in tcsh or csh Shell? Thanks in advance.

You can always use "bc -l" to do the more difficult ones...

$ echo "sqrt(2 ^ 2)" | bc -l
