I am working on a Sprint Pocket PC with Activesync. When I initially setup Activesync with Exchange on this phone it worked fine, but a few weeks later the user is experiencing a problem. His contacts and calendar still sync fine, but the inbox will not sync (works fine in the cradle but not wirelessly.) This is the error code, which I could not find a solution for: 0x86000108 (Message: ActiveSync encountered a problem on the server.)
I looked on the server and found no error logs.
Other users at this location with PDA's have not had this problem.
Any help would be much appreciated.
