Hi Everybody

i have clint at work who cannot get her z drive when she logs on to the company network via VPN. Normally every body uses ipass to dial up, unless they have broadband at home and they want to use that.

When she is loggod on to the network in the office normally, she get all her drives.

I forgot to ask her, how she was dialup from home, i.e broadband or ipass.

can any one tell me what may be going on in either case. Dial up through broadband or ipass. Can any one give me a quick over view on difference between the two and a quick solution to the present problem.
