"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

-np command line parameter (no default project). For myself,
I have just modified delphi shortcut by adding this parameter
(in windows, shortcut|properties|
 target="C:\Program Files\Borland\Delphi6\Bin\delphi32.exe" -np)

Glad to help.  The default project was annoying me quite awhile back so I found this switch on google.  NEver seen it in the Borland help

No wonder I couldn't find it.  Didn't even think to google it.  I searched EE numerous times before I asked.  Hate to ask a question that's already been answered but I couldn't find it.  I just typed -np in EE search.  Nothing found.  Glad I asked.  Thanks again.  It was annoying me too.
