bigtymer asked
Last Modified: 2013-12-03
i am having trouble with the font on my desktop.  after researching the net I discovered that my default font for desktop has been corrupted somehow.  I am missing or have a corrupted arial font text file.  I tried to copy the font file from one computer and copy to my laptop(jacked up computer) it starts to transfer, but then the error message "cannot copy arial: The requested operation cannot be performed on a file with a user-mapped section open".  I am guessing that maybe I have a bad sector on hard drive??? i tried to put fonts file on a jump drive and transfer over same error message and it is always when it gets to the arial.ttf file....Help Please!!!!!!!!
