I have a win2000 server., it is a DC, running DHCP and DNS, as well as a MYSQLDATABASE (I didn't install).  I got a bunch of print servers on the server too.  My question is, do I really need SNMP.EXE ? I'm not monitoring any traffic. What is this for and why is it running 100% usage ?

Note too that I have Beckup exe 9 install (piece of garbage software)

Also, this computer use to be a BDC but the PDC broke and never returned.  I believe I promoted this computer to the DC, but with MS you can never be sure weather it is done correctly...

Sounds like a mess eh ?
