Creating login pages with php and mysql dependent on user

Hello..great service!  I wanted to know how Dreamweaver MX passes the user ID param to another page?  What I'm trying to do is create a unique user page, dependent on the user.  Dreamweaver will only let me "go to page after login" and not pass any params.  I am FTPing to a MySQL database with the userid and password in the table.  I'm trying to create individual login pages depending on who logs in, for instance like a "myyahoo" page for the individual user.  I will need details on how to pass the param from the username/password boxes on the form to the login pages...thanks!

Thanks for the info.  I didn't think DW handled this as I couldn't find the behavior to do that.  I will probably end up buying the behaviors that do that because I don't have that much experience with actual coding of PHP..thanks again!
OKay, great.  I highly recommend the PHP Login Suite, but you should research others through Macromedia Exchange...
