Hello, I have a Dell PowerEdge 2400 server with win2000 loaded.  It had been running fine for a number years.  Today I found that Windows was not accessible.  After rebooting I get the "primary message" along with some other DOS stuff that " Firmware is out of date, please update".

Can someone explain what this means and how to resolve it?  Is it a Dell issue or a MS issue?  Thanks again.
