troubleshooting Question

New user can't log into OWA

I'm having a problem with a new user I just created in SBS 2003: that user cannot log into Outlook Web Access. I had some issue creating a mailbox as well, so I did the RUS & Recipient Policy updates, sent an e-mail to the user and re-started the SBS server. This created the mailbox, and i was able to log in as the new user and set up the Exchange mailbox with the right delegate permissions & sharing etc.

However, I'm now unable to log into OWA as this new user. I know that I was able to do this yesterday!

I'm not sure if this is relevant, but I had tried to force mailbox creation by manually creating SMTP & X.400 addresses for this user, as they were not showing up in the user properties under the e-mail address tab. The difference between this user and all others is that I had to specify an ADMD while creating the X.400 address (it forces this), and all the other users don't have admd specified. So the usual users are
a=, p=company, c=GB
whereas the new user is
a=company, p=company, c=GB.
Could this have anything to do with this? It shouldn't really, since I was able to log into OWA yesterday.

I'm also hoping for a useful explanation of the ADMD & PRMD fields!
