Unknown leases on my DHCP server

I have DHCP running on my SBS2003 server for my internal workstations.  When I look at the address leases under the scope I see two unknown leases, one belonging to a Jocelyn and another that says kteaguexp.noam.tycovalves.com.  We only have 5 workstations and none of them are identified by these two names.

Where are these two leases coming from and should I be worried???

Thanks,

Richard
