It will constantly synchronize when you start Outlook 2003. &nbsp;We are using Exchange 5.5, not sure what OS it is but i'm betting it's either 2000 or 2003 Server.

I have this problem with my Outlook 2003 program constantly synchronizing itself. &nbsp;I'm on an Exchange server and this has never happen before. &nbsp;Any suggestions as to why it's doing this would be greatly appreciated.<br />
