Traffic Shaping with SonicWall

I've currently got a T1 with more traffic than it can handle. We are currently talking about getting a secondary, cheaper data line like DSL or Cable, ect. My question is, can I configure the sonicwall to route certain protocols out of a particular interface? for example, all web traffic goes out WAN interface 2 and all email traffic goes out WAN interface 1. If it can't do that, can I somehow route subnet 192.168.1.x clients to interface 1 and 192.168.2.x clients to interface 2. And last but not least, can I also route all traffic from clients to alternate interface if one of the WAN interfaces go down?

I'm new with the SonicWalls, and because they seem to be able to much in terms of functionality, I thought I'd shoot this one out.
