Filemaker Pro scripts don't execute when using FMP Server 7 Advanced

I used the CDML Converter to convert my CDML pages to XSLT, then resolved the issues (that I knew about) and proceeded to begin testing the XSLT pages. I am using FMP 7 Server Advanced (I'm using v4). For some reason, none of my scripts work now. Below is one example of a row in a table which contains a script reference which is not working:

<tr>
                     <td align="center" id="lstopen" abbr="Navigate to List All Open entries">
                        <p><input type="button" name="ListOpen" value="List Open"><xsl:attribute name="onclick">window.top.b.location.href='WaiverOpenSearchResults.xsl?-db=WebWaivers&amp;-lay=Normal&amp;-max=all&amp;-script=FindOpenWaiver&amp;-token.error=search_error.xsl&amp;-sortfield.1=ID&amp;-sortorder.1=descend&amp;-find</xsl:attribute></input></p>
                     </td>
                  </tr>

I have no idea why it doesn't execute - it is checked to run with Full Access Privileges, but does nothing.

I have been struggling to deal with XSLT for over 2 months (on and off) and this is the largest problem remaining. I have 17 systems to convert within the next 4 months and will never make it unless this is resolved.

Any guidance?  Would be glad to include the whole XSLT page, but thought that the above might be enough.

Thanks.
