Printer Creation problem

A server is running Win 2003 server with Citrix Access Essentials. When someone is logging on to the Citrix interface, several entries are created in the Application Event log. The entries are like this, but with different printer / driver information:

Client printer auto-creation failed.  The driver could not be installed. Possible reasons for the failure: The driver is not in the list of drivers on the server. The driver cannot be located. The driver has not been mapped. Client name: (ANP-S-ADMINIST-p4uia) Printer: (HP LJ 4/4M PS300 FACSysQ on IK_NT (from ANP-S-ADMINIST-p4uia) in session 2) Printer driver: (HP LaserJet 4/4M Plus PS 300)

My questions are then: - what is causing these messages (my guess is that the client's printers aren't definde on the Citirx server....?
- how is it possible to get rid of the messages (without deifining a lot of printers on the server)?
