I have a database table that holds a folder structure, as follows: -

FolderID int
FolderName varchar(64)
ParentFolderID int

The values in the table are: -

1   Files           NULL
2   Active         1
3   Inactive       1
4   File 1             2
5   File 2             2
6   File 3             2
7   File 4             3

I need to display this data within a TreeView control so it displays as follows: -

Files
      Active
             File 1
             File 2
             File 3
      Disabled
             File 4

I need the SQL stored procedure to call this data and the C# code to display the data with the treeview
