Filemaker: Easier Import/Exporting b/t PC and laptop

Hi:
I need to be able to move data between my office PC and my laptop, both of which are running Filemaker Pro7 and both of which are connected to my office network.

I have a Filemaker canned program called "Donations" and I need to take the laptop home to work on Donations.  While the data resides on the network server, I need to export all of it to my laptop when I go home.  The exporting process (from the server) seems laborious in that it asks me if I want to export every field in every table.  I suppose the reverse process (importing) could be equally labor intensive.

Is there a way to move the entire database back and forth without having to click every field?  Thanks for the help and advice.

Points for urgency(!)  :-)

Since you import/export from/to a database which has the same structure, you can import/export by  using sort: identical fields matching, and then make a script to use that.
That will be done in 2s/table, and then one click.
Let me know if you need more explanation, I don't have an english filemaker with me today, so my words may be inaccurate

I think I can do the "identical fields matching" but I haven't written any scripts yet.  Any other help you can give would be great.  Thanks
